As a BCBA with 17 years of experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in behavior analysis with a history of successful growth initiatives. I specialize in transforming complex challenges into actionable strategies, empowering professionals to achieve their goals and elevate their practice. My history in the field began in 2009 in a very rural area providing home-based services to autistic children and their families. From here, I was given opportunities to provide both community-based and school-based ABA services. I became certified in 2010 and began practicing as a program manager for children and families while surrounding myself with more experienced BCBAs to guide me along the way. ABA grew in acknowledgement of medical necessity, and clients then had access to clinic-based services, which I was able to add to my experience beginning in 2012. I later worked as a Clinic Director, where my experience was challenged with opening new clinics, closing underperforming clinics, and reshaping culture in clinics who were rebuilding after leadership changes, all while supporting the families and team members affected. I was so thankful to have obtained my Organizational Behavior Management certificate from Florida Institute for Technology in 2019, which was pivotal in the successfulness of these endeavors, along with the years of leadership training received through community volunteering.

It brings me great joy to provide knowledge and clinical perspectives based on my career in behavior analysis and my twenty three years of leading others into their own professional growth experience. Coaching and mentoring have been primary in my role since 2016. Within this, I have had the honor of witnessing over 150 mentees advance into greater positions, growing their clinical knowledge and practice to result in better outcomes for the clients, stakeholders, and team members they serve.
